Types of Therapies

There are quite a few types of therapies – some have been around for decades, such as Freud’s psychoanalysis or person-centered therapy (developed by Carl Roger), others are relatively new. Many are grounded in research and evidence-based, others are based in theory.

My approach is integrative, I am open to various therapies and make sure the client gets what’s best from combining various techniques and strategies.
